For our client Solid Green, South Africa’s leading green building consultancy, we recently designed and delivered the masterclass “What is your Story? Crafting Authentic CVs in a Digital Age”.
Solid Green needed their employees’ CVs to be consistent, well-structured, and ready for inclusion in tender proposals . In addition, they wanted engaging employee profiles for the company website.
We guided their team in aligning their CVs with Solid Green’s standards while allowing for individual authenticity. The master class was an engaging mix of digital insights, exploring the evolving digital landscape and its impact on CV writing, story telling, which we kicked off by sharing a story of the role of green building consultants in 2041, and learning to collaborate with generative AI tools.
It’s been wonderful to read the inspirational profiles that people crafted, using feedback from their colleagues and from ChatGP, a true human/AI collaboration!
